Howdy, I’m Lia!

I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves including the messy parts, tender parts, strengths, struggles, and everything in between. As a therapist, I work with outdoor enthusiasts and active individuals who are navigating anxiety, perfectionism, disordered eating, trauma, or a difficult relationship with their body. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and curious. Rather than focusing only on symptom reduction, I help clients understand the deeper stories, experiences, and protective patterns that have shaped how they move through the world so they can build a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.

Therapy with me often extends beyond the traditional office setting. I integrate nature, movement, and experiential approaches because I’ve seen how powerful they can be in helping us reconnect with ourselves. My goal is to help you develop greater self-trust, nervous system regulation, and freedom from the patterns that keep you stuck. I take a trauma-informed, relational, and Health at Every Size (HAES)-aligned approach, creating a space where all parts of you are welcome and where healing can unfold at your own pace.

Outside of therapy, you’ll usually find me outside. I’m an early riser, an avid adventurer, and someone who feels most grounded in the mountains. I spend my free time rock climbing, skiing both inbounds and backcountry, skydiving, and exploring new places with my soon to be husband (Wedding in August!). These experiences continue to teach me about resilience, presence, vulnerability, and joy which are lessons that naturally inform my work as a therapist. I’m deeply committed to providing socially conscious, feminist, and affirming care so that every client feels seen, respected, and supported as they create a life that feels meaningful to them.
